How fast is fast?
EINs are typically delivered within one business day of a complete intake. Entity filings are submitted within one business day; after that, the state's own processing time applies. Each service page lists its turnaround.
What are government fees?
States charge their own fees to form or register a business. We pass those through at exactly what the state charges and invoice them after we confirm your state. Our service fee is what you see on the page.
Are you a law firm or the IRS?
Neither. We are a private business services company. We prepare filings and self-help documents at your direction. If you need legal advice about your specific situation, talk to a licensed attorney in your state.
How do you protect my Social Security number?
Sensitive fields are encrypted with AES-256 before they are stored, can only be opened by the preparer handling your filing, and are never sent by email. Card payments are handled entirely by our payment processor.
Can I change my mind?
Yes. If we have not started work, you get a full refund. See the refund policy for the details once filing begins.
